The Girl Choir of South Florida offers three choir levels which allows each of our choristers to have the singing experience that best suits her experience, ability, and maturity. All age ranges are approximate.

Primes Choir
 The Primes Choir is open to girls ages 7 through 10. Placement in this choir is decided primarily by innate vocal and aural skills. Singers in this choir will learn the basics of music theory and vocal technique while participating in dynamic weekly rehearsals.
Primes Choir choristers perform in our major concert events at the end of each semester.

Apprentice Choir
 The Apprentice Choir is open to girls ages 9 through 13. In the Apprentice Choir, girls continue their vocal development while learning more advanced theory, sight-singing skills, and choreography skills.
Apprentice Choir choristers perform in our major concert events at the end of each semester as well as for community and corporate events.

Concert Choir
 The Concert Choir is compromised of experienced singers ages 12 through 18. The Concert Choir offers choristers the opportunity to excel in music literacy skills while performing a diverse, high-quality repertoire.
Choristers perform in our major concert events at the end of each semester as well as for community and corporate events. Tours and festivals in the late spring or early summer complement the Concert Choir's schedule.
